Lumen Right Shipping Policy

We stock everything in our Round Rock warehouse and ship next business day or same day.

1. Shipping Options:  We ship most fixtures FedEx ground.  In some cases, UPS or USPS will be used. If any shipping issues occur, please let us know as soon as possible and we will make sure you receive your packages.

2. Processing Time:  We test and inspect before shipping.  Please allow 1 business day to ship.

3. Delivery Time: Delivery time depends on your location.  Most orders will be delivered within 1-4 business days.

4. Tracking Information: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number and link to track your package.

5. Shipping Costs: Shipping costs are based on dollar amount of your order. 

 

1. International Shipping: Lumen Right in some cases can ship internationally, especially to Canada.  Please contact us directly for custom quote.

2. Returns and Refunds: We offer a 90 day return policy.  If you need to return your purchase, please see our Refund Policy for more information. Refunds for returned items will be processed to the original form of payment.
