Refund policy

Our 10 Year warranty will cover any defects or issues, and the BrightAssurance Guarantee promises will well help make it RIGHT if for any reason you are not completely satisfied with the outcome of your project.  However, if you would like to return we have a hassle-free return policy.

 

Returning New/Unused Product: Fixtures and accessories that have not been installed or modified and have original packaging.  It is recommended to retain exterior shipping boxes for ease of return, but not required.  

  • 90 Day Return Period for full refund including original shipping costs if applicable.
  • Lumen Right covers return shipping if there is damage or an error on the part of the shipper or Lumen Right.
  • If there is no error, return shipping costs are covered by the customer.  We will provide a shipping label and deduct from refund or customer may ship on their own.  Original shipping costs will be refunded.
  • To initiate a return please email: hello@lumenright.com with order # and reason for return.
  • Refunds processed within 2 business days of receiving return.

 

Returning Used Product:  Fixtures and accessories no longer in original packaging or have been installed or modified.  We will not resell installed/used fixtures so these returns are subject to a restocking fee.

  • 90 Day Return Period, refund based on original cost including shipping if applicable.
  • Subject to restocking fee between 20-40% depending on product and condition.
  • Will need authorization from Lumen Right with RMA#.

  • Refund amount will be discussed before return is sent, and to be processed within 2 business days of receiving return.

Exchanges:  In the event of a situation where an exchange would make more sense than a return, we can absolutely work with you to exchange following the guidelines above.
