What is the difference between the PRO and MAX?


  • Our PRO Collection has lower wattage and is slightly more energy efficient (at 150 lumens per watt). The lamps provide a 160º beam and are polycarbonate and aluminum for extreme durability. 

Our MAX Collection offers high output and excellent energy efficiency (at 135 lumens per watt). Constructed with Samsung LED chips, these coated glass lamps provide 3500 lumens per bulb and a 240° beam angle for excellent light distribution.

Do these operate in the cold?

Our LED fixtures perform extremely well in the cold. All fixtures can operate at -8°F, though some (like our vapor tights) can go lower. If the temperature occasionally dips below the rated specs, it should still turn on instantly. However, prolonged use in extremely cold temperatures can lower the bulb's life span,

What is the BrightAssurance Guarantee?

We want everyone to love their Lumen Right fixtures, with no exceptions. That's why we offer the BrightAssurance Guarantee: If you plan your lighting project with us, you’ll be completely satisfied.  If you aren’t, we’ll make it right. Our products also come with a 10-year guarantee.

Are your fixtures tested by a 3rd party?

All Lumen Right fixtures have safety certifications (e.g., UL, FCC, DLC, CE), which indicate product safety, reliability, energy efficiency, and longevity standards.

How do fixtures with Replaceable bulbs work?

Each bulb contains its own LED driver. There is no ballast or driver in the fixture itself. If one bulb goes out while you’re waiting for a warranty replacement, the others will continue to operate as usual. These fixtures are future-proofed, and upgrades are as easy as switching out the bulbs.

Shipping & Delivery

When will my order ship?

Most items on our website are in stock (or the page will indicate if they aren’t). Stocked items will ship typically within 1 business day.

How do I track my order?

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number in a separate email. If an order is placed over the weekend or holiday, please allow 1-2 business days to receive your shipment notification.

Note: Products often arrive in multiple boxes, so please check your shipping label for box count. 

When can i expect my order?

We ship via FedEx ground from the Austin, Texas area. Most shipments require between 1-4 days. 

Texas: 1-2 days (depending on location)

IL, AL, GA: 2 days

CA, MT, OH, FL, NH, NC, PA: 3 days

WA, OR, ME: 4 days

How do I qualify for free shipping?

Any order over $500 qualifies for free shipping!

What if something in my order is missing?

Please open all the boxes and also double check Fedex tracking that all packages have arrived. Sometimes packages are separated in transit and usually arrive the next day.

I put the incorrect address, what do I do?

Please contact our customer service team as soon as possible. Depending on where it is in the order process, we may be able to switch the label or reroute the package.

What if there is damage to my order?

While damage is rare, there are always shipping risks. Rest assured, we will handle the issue immediately and ship out replacements before recalling the damaged items. Please contact the Lumen Right team as soon as possible.


We ship to all contiguous US states. We do also shop to AK, HI, Puerto Rico, and Canada. Please contact us for a custom shipping quote for outside the contiguous US.

Warranty & Returns

How long is my warranty?

We offer a 10-year warranty on all fixtures and replacement bulbs.

What is the Lumen Right return policy?

Please return unused items within 90 days for a full refund (minus shipping fees). Contact Lumen Right support to initiate a return. Return shipping costs apply unless it's our error.


The warranty covers any defects in materials and workmanship under normal use, as well as installation during the warranty period. This covers issues like premature failure, flickering, and reduced light output.

What isn't covered under the warranty?

The warranty doesn’t cover damages caused by improper installation, misuse, accidents, natural disasters, or unauthorized modifications to the products.

How do I initiate a warranty claim?

To initiate a warranty claim, please contact our customer support team with your order number, a detailed description of the issue, and any relevant photos or videos. We will evaluate your claim and get you back to you quickly!

Are there any restocking fees for returns?

We don’t charge restocking fees for unused returns within the 90-day return period. However, returned products must be in their original packaging and resellable condition. Fixtures that have been installed are subject to a restocking fee.

When can I expect a refund for my returned product?

Once we receive and inspect the returned product, we’ll process your refund within 1-3 business days. The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Who is responsible for shipping costs on returns or exchanges?

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs (unless the product is damaged or deemed defective upon arrival). In such cases, we will cover the return shipping costs.

If it is our fault we take care of all the shipping!
